TBH Extraction (FP 200) ATEX ideally protected from contaminates
BH Extraction (FP 200) ATEX is equipped with cleanable, antistatic filter cartridges that remove dust cake from the filter using bursts of compressed air. An additional H13 filter protects against carcinogenic substances and is also a safety stage in case of leakage through the cartridge filter to prevent the unlikely event of damage. The system is ideal for applications in which large amounts of dry dust are extracted. It also has a very long service life compared to systems with saturation filters. The filter and extraction system is also suitable for easy flammable or explosive dust and, according to the ATEX directive, labelled with EX II 2/- Dc IIIC T100°C for extracting in Zone 21. Depending on the application, a special precoating powder can enhance the filter lifetime in processes where sticky particles must be removed.
