SCENEviewIR operates in both visible and infrared light. When paired with the LIGHTcube system, it quickly reveals traces like dried blood or smoke. You can easily swap out LIGHTcube modules, and the camera automatically adjusts to the correct filters and settings based on the chosen light.

Enhanced Light Amplification

You can fit SCENEviewIR with a light amplifier that amplifies chemiluminescent signals from forensic agents like Luminol, making faint traces stand out in low light. This feature reduces chemical use, preserves evidence, and lowers costs while ensuring visibility in dim conditions.

Ready for Field and Lab Work

SCENEviewIR is a portable, self-contained system with an 8″ touchscreen for one-handed control of focus, photo, and video recording. Its built-in computer eliminates the need for external devices. You can easily download data via USB; the camera operates on battery power in the field or with a power source in the lab.

Customisable Lighting Setups

You can configure SCENEviewIR with specific LIGHTcube modules to meet your forensic requirements. Although you can adjust it manually, the LIGHT cube automatically selects the right filter and camera parameters. Additional accessories, such as multispectral lighting and optical filters, are developing.

DNA-Safe Design

SCENEviewIR’s easy-to-clean surfaces and fan-free design prevent dust and DNA contamination. An internal temperature sensor protects the system from overheating.

Optimised Lighting for Every Angle

With adjustable lighting angles, SCENEviewIR provides enhanced visibility across different working distances, making evidence such as fingerprints on reflective surfaces more visible. You can detach and use the light independently if needed, and a carrying case is available to transport the camera and accessories.
